This policy covers this website — what happens when you book a demo or apply to join the network. The dispatch platform and the driver app are separate, and each has its own.

Who we are

Chauffeur Booking Software, 1 Fore Street Avenue, Barbican, London EC2Y 9DT, United Kingdom. The legal entity is registered in Singapore.

What we collect, and only when you give it

Nothing that identifies you, unless you fill in a form or start a chat. We do not profile visitors and we do not sell anything to anyone. Measurement runs from the moment you arrive, and one click on the notice stops it for good.

We use Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used — where people click, how far they scroll, where they get stuck — and Google Analytics to count visits and pages. Both start when you arrive rather than after you agree. Everything you type into a form is masked before it leaves your browser, so a recording never contains your name, email or phone number, and you can switch both off in one click.

We use Pure Chat to run the chat box, and it loads on every page— we do not ask first, because it is how you reach support. Whatever you type into it goes to them and then to us, so treat it like any other message rather than a private note. Email reaches the same people if you would rather not use it.

Book a demo — your name, work email, company, roughly how many vehicles you run, and anything you type in the message box.

Join the network — your company, the country and cities you cover, fleet size, whether you already work with other operators, then your name and email. The questions about your business come first and collect nothing personal, so you can stop before identifying yourself.

Our server records the request in its logs, as every web server does. Those rotate.

Why

To reply to you. If you asked for a demo we will contact you about a demo; if you applied to join the network we will contact you about that. Both are steps you asked us to take, which is the lawful basis for them.

We will not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. The city route newsletter is a separate, opt-in thing, and it will say so at the point you opt in.

Who sees it

Our own team, and the suppliers who run the service for us: hosting, and the CRM or messaging tool a submitted form is delivered into. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long

If we speak and you become a customer or a partner, the record moves into the platform and the relevant agreement governs it. If nothing comes of it, we keep the enquiry while it is still plausibly live and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Cookies

A language cookie, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Pure Chat, all set when you arrive. The measurement can be turned off in one clickand then loads nothing at all. No advertising and no trackers either way. The detail is here.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email, we will tell you.
