Dispatch software for chauffeur and airport-transfer fleets

Stop dispatching by WhatsApp.

Every job lands on the right driver's phone with one tap. Every car sits on one map. And every booking arrives in the same list, whether it came from your website, your inbox or the phone on your desk.

Still running the operation from your phone?

Jobs arrive by email, by phone and from your website, and somebody re-types every one of them.

Drivers get their work in a group chat, so nobody is quite sure who has what. You find out a pickup was missed when the passenger rings you — and by then it is already your problem.

Somebody has to know where every car is at all times, and that somebody is you. Including on Sunday.

That is not a fleet problem. It is a dispatch problem. Today, every job, driver and problem ends up on your phone. CBS Dispatch puts the work in one shared system.

What changes with CBS Dispatch

01One tap, and the driver has the job

Pick a driver and send it. It arrives on their phone with the pickup, the passenger, the flight number and the notes — and you can see whether they accepted it. Your own drivers and partner companies sit in the same list, so a job you cannot cover goes to someone who can.

No group chat. No ringing round to find out who's free.

See CBS Dispatch

02See where every car is

A live map of your fleet: who's on the way, who's waiting at the airport, who's free. When a passenger calls asking where their driver is, you already know.

Drivers mark on-my-way and arrived from the app, so the status is theirs, not a guess.

03Every booking in one list

Bookings from your own website, from email, from the phone on your desk — and, when you're ready, straight from Booking.com and Trip.com. All the same booking, in the same list, typed once.

04Know what you actually made

Profit and loss per booking, per route, per client, per driver — in your currency. Find out a route is losing money this month, not next quarter.

And when you start giving work to other operators, see the margin at every hop.

See reporting

05Stop being the after-hours phone line

Passengers get a page showing their driver's live location and a way to reach you. Automatic booking links, reminders and driver-arrived messages, so most of them never need to call at all.

Live chat, phone with recording and inbound SMS when they do — or hand the night shift to our desk.

See passenger support

06Run the desk from phone, tablet or laptop

CBS Dispatch works in the browser, so dispatchers and support operators can use the same booking list, driver status and passenger messages from the device they have.

The difference is that the work is shared and tracked, not trapped in one person's WhatsApp.

Smart ranking

Sort the list by who actually performs

Every driver carries a score built from how they work: app usage, location sharing, trip events, jobs rejected, jobs completed. Each one is weighted. Sort the assign list by the score and your strongest driver is at the top, with the suggested pay for that job beside them.

The scores are just as useful in reverse. They show which drivers and which partner fleets are not performing, so you can go and talk to them. A number someone can improve is more useful than a complaint they can argue with.

Booking channels

Booking.com, Trip.com, website, email and phone. One dispatch list.

CBS Dispatch can take bookings from Booking.com, Trip.com, Transferz.com, your website, booking emails and phone requests. They arrive as one booking record, ready to assign, track and update.

What other fleet owners tell us

Great service! We feel it's a long-term partnership, not a vendor–buyer relation.

Checks you can make yourself

  • Fully connected to Booking.com

Fifteen dispatch systems are on their connected list. Six are marked for both the driver app and rates over the API. We are one of the six.

    See the list
  • Driver apps on both stores

Search "CBS Driver" on the App Store or Google Play. Real reviews, and the store shows how recently we shipped an update.

  • Support in the language your team uses

Chat is the main support channel, so dispatchers and drivers can get help without waiting on a phone line. It also lets us support more languages from the same desk.

Is this for you?

You are ready for this

You run 5 to 50 vehicles, you take more than 15–20 bookings a week, and you work with other drivers. You are still dispatching by phone, WhatsApp or a spreadsheet, and work arrives from more than one place. At that volume €199 pays for itself well inside the month.

Start as a Partner instead

Free

You drive on your own, or you have one or two cars. You do not need paid dispatch software for that. Join the network free instead. Travel agencies and other operators can find you when they need cars where you work. You run that work through the same system larger fleets use.

About your fleet

Step 1 of 2

Roughly is fine. It tells us which plan is worth talking about.

What are you trying to improve?

Tick everything that applies. It decides what we show you.

Start free. Pay €199 only when you run your own bookings.

Bookings from the network stay free. They do not count toward the 20 own bookings included at the start. You pay €199 a month only when you run more of your own bookings through CBS: from your website, phone, email or regular clients. No per-vehicle charges, no trip caps, no contract.

Common questions

What does it cost?+

Nothing to start. Bookings from the network stay free, with no limit and no commission. You pay €199 a month only when you run more than 20 of your own bookings through CBS: from your website, phone, email or regular clients. There is a €50 one-off setup fee, and no contract.

How long before we're actually using it?+

Most fleets are dispatching real jobs within a week. Your vehicle types, your prices and your drivers get set up with you — you don't do it alone from a help page.

Will our drivers use it?+

It is one app on iOS and Android, and the driver's job is two taps: accept the job and update the status. If your drivers already use WhatsApp, this is simpler. You can also see which drivers use the app properly, so reliable drivers are easier to assign next time.

Can I use CBS Dispatch from my phone?+

Yes. CBS Dispatch works on a phone, tablet or computer. The point is not to stop using your phone. It is to stop running the business through WhatsApp, missed calls and private notes. Everyone sees the same booking list and driver status.

Do we have to switch everything at once?+

No. Most fleets start with one team or one region and keep running the old way alongside until they're happy.

Do you take a percentage of our fares?+

Never. A flat monthly price. We're not an aggregator and we don't want a cut of your work.

We already have a website. Do we have to replace it?+

No. The booking widget drops into the site you already have.

I drive on my own. Is this for me?+

If you drive on your own, start with the free network. You do not need paid dispatch software for one car. You can receive work from the network and run those bookings through CBS for free.

Will the network guarantee us work?+

No. The network helps travel agencies and other operators find local cars where they need cover. We do not promise volume, because demand depends on your cities, vehicle types and availability.

Can we work with outside drivers or other operators?+

Yes. Your own drivers and other operators sit in the same dispatch flow, so you can send a job out when you cannot cover it yourself and still track the booking.

How do support and passenger messages work?+

Chat is the main support channel. Your dispatchers can handle passenger messages from the booking, and CBS support can help across languages from the same desk.

Do we keep our customers and booking data?+

Yes. Your own customers stay yours. CBS is the system you use to run the work; it is not an aggregator taking ownership of your client list.

Are we tied in?+

No. Cancel any time. There is no contract and no minimum term. There is a €50 one-off setup fee on the €199 plan, and nothing else.

Twenty minutes. Then decide.

A proper look at the dispatch board, the driver app and the live map. No slide deck, no obligation.
