Can I keep using my current process while we switch?+
Yes. Most fleets start with one team, route or booking source, then move more work into CBS when the dispatchers are comfortable.
Does CBS replace WhatsApp completely?+
It replaces WhatsApp as the place where the work is controlled. Your team can still message people, but the booking, driver status and passenger history stay attached to the job.
Is the partner network part of dispatch?+
Yes. Your own drivers and partner companies can appear in the same assignment flow. Network bookings are free to run; your own bookings move to the paid Dispatch plan after the included start.
