Get found by travel agencies and operators who need cars in your city.

B2B travel agencies come to CBS looking for local transport partners, and operators look for cover in cities they don't serve. If you work there, they should be able to find you.

  • The same dispatch system our paying customers use
  • Visibility here and internationally
  • Unlimited drivers, no fee to take work

Step 1 of 2

Where do you work?

Two short steps. Vehicles, hours and documents come later, in your account.

This is how operators find you. Write every place where you take work, including airports.

750+
fleet companies run their work on CBS
8,500+
active drivers on the network

When one of them has a job in your city and no free car, you are who they look for.

What you get

The dispatch system, free

The dispatch panel, the live map, the driver app and your own booking page. Not a cut-down version: it is what the paying plan gets. No limit on how many bookings you take from the network, and no commission on any of them.

Travel agencies and operators can find you

Your profile shows the cities and vehicle types you cover. B2B travel agencies use the network to find local transport partners, and operators look for cover where they cannot go themselves. Our sourcing team puts you forward.

You hear about the work

Our sourcing team matches jobs to the fleets that cover them and gets in touch when one comes up in your area. It might be an airport transfer, a corporate account, a booking from a travel agency, or one the operator took from Booking.com. Accept it, and it goes straight to your driver in the app.

How it works

  1. 1Tell us where you work

    Six questions. About thirty seconds.

  2. 2Create your account

This is where your drivers and vehicles live. A few minutes.

  3. 3Finish your profile

Your vehicles, how much notice you need, the hours you cover, airport permits, licence and insurance. This is what our sourcing team matches jobs against, so it is worth doing properly.

  4. 4Take the work

Jobs arrive in the app with the pickup, the flight and the passenger. You agree the price before you accept.

What it costs

Nothing. Membership is free and stays free. You never pay to receive work. The operator who sends it is our customer, not you.

Where a paid plan starts

Bookings you receive from the network are unlimited and always free. You can also run your own bookings through CBS, up to 20 a month. If you want to run your whole business through it, that is when a paid plan makes sense.

Questions drivers and operators ask

Will I actually get bookings?+

We can't promise how much work you will get. It depends on demand in your cities. What we can promise is that operators looking for a car where you work will see you. And that we will tell you when a job comes up. Every partner also carries a performance score, built from answering, accepting, completing and keeping the app live. Operators can sort by it when they choose who to send a job to. We cannot promise work, but we can tell you exactly what makes you the one they pick.

Where does the work come from?+

Two places. B2B travel agencies come to CBS looking for local transport partners: an agency in Germany booking a transfer in Faro needs someone like you. And other transport companies on CBS need cover in cities they do not serve. They take bookings from their own websites, from corporate clients and from Booking.com. You are not signing up to Booking.com. You are signing up to the network the work moves through.

Is it really free?+

Yes, and it stays that way. It works because you are not the one being charged. When an operator cannot cover a job and sends it to you, that operator is our customer and pays for the seat. You are the capacity that makes their booking possible, so charging you would be charging the wrong side of it. The only thing we ask is that you turn up for what you accept.

Who can see my profile?+

Operators on CBS looking for cover in your areas. They see your company, your cities, your vehicles and whether you are verified. They do not see your prices or your own customers.

Who sets the price for a job I receive?+

You and the operator agree it before you accept. Nothing is fixed for you, and you can turn down any job.

How many drivers can I add?+

As many as you want, on every plan including this one. We do not charge per driver and we never will.

I drive on my own. Can I still join?+

Yes. Many members are single drivers. Put your own name as the company. If you also work with other drivers nearby, tick the box on the form — it means we can send you bigger jobs.

Do I have to stop using my current system?+

No. Most members keep what they use now and only move their own work across later, if ever.

What happens if I go over 20 of my own bookings?+

We tell you before it stops you, and you can move to a paid plan. Work from the network never counts towards the 20.

Be findable where the work is.

Free to join. Unlimited drivers. No obligation to take any job you don't want.
